Delivery

Orders received at our office by 11 am will be delivered the same day if requested. Orders are not guaranteed for same-day delivery during holiday periods (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, December 22 - 24).

The office is closed on Sunday. Sunday delivery can be arranged as long as the order is placed by Saturday 2 pm.   ***

Deliveries for Europe, Asia, South America, Central America, Africa and Australia will be delivered 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please phone in your overseas order.

We will take every step possible to accomodate timed requests, but we cannot guarantee delivery times on all orders. Typically, orders going to a business address will be delivered as early as possible, and by 4 pm latest. We will endeavour to deliver flowers to a funeral home before the first visitation. An order being delivered to a cemetery may be subject to an additional fee as charged by the cemetery.

The standard delivery fee is 12.95.  Delivery will be made between 9 am and 5:30 pm on the day you request. When you place your order, you will be given a choice for upgraded delivery service. Upgraded options are Direct (within 1.5 to 2 hours) or Rush (within 3 hours) service. Customers who request Direct or Rush service will be given priority service. Same-day orders must allow for up to 30 minutes processing time in addition to the guaranteed delivery window. Advance orders have no processing delay, and the delivery window begins at 9AM of the delivery date. Orders placed after 5PM or on a Sunday or statutary holiday will fall into the next business day's delivery time period. During holiday periods and episodes of inclement weather the delivery timeframe may be extended up to 2 hours. Please note that Rush and Direct service are not available Saturday or Sunday - only Standard service is.

Minimum for Delivery - To be delivered, an item must have a value of at least 15.00.

Redelivery - If the recipient is not home, the parcel will be left with a neighbour, and the recipient notified. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer will be billed for the second delivery.

Statutory Holidays - Martin's will be closed January 1 (New Year's Day), the second Monday in February (Family Day), Good Friday, Victoria Day, July 1 (Canada Day), the first Monday in August (Civic Holiday), Labour Day, the second Monday in October (Thanksgiving Day), Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
